Astrological Inspirations: February 26 - March 3, 2024
Capturing Dreams with the Sun/Mercury/Saturn Triple Conjunction
Here are some insights about the opportunities and challenges that this week’s astrology may offer us collectively. May they help you make the most of this moment.
As the week begins, it’s important to be diligent when it comes to expending energy. While we may find ourselves with a desire to pursue an array of achievements, before adding yet another thing to our to-do list, we may want to survey the motivation behind each activity.
Is your inspiration arising from a deep sense of desire or are you just staying busy for staying busy’s sake? While there is nothing wrong with the latter, being conscious of the reason/s we feel called to achieve a goal, champion a cause, or mobilize ourselves into action can bring more thoughtfulness, clarity, and integrity to all that we do.
One of the cosmic centerpieces of this month occurs this week: a triple conjunction between the vitality-sparking Sun, thinking-oriented Mercury, and honor-structure Saturn, all in poetic Pisces. And while this trifecta alignment occurs exactly on Wednesday, it may cast a hue upon the whole week (and may also be something you’ve been already feeling).
Going slow, being diligent, and embodying patience may serve us quite well. Survey the waves of movement and try to not push things that don’t seem to have a lot of traction at the moment. See how resistance can spark insights as well as build strength. Consider how a No can help you discover a Yes that has more integrity and sustainability. Reflect upon how parsing and pruning can infuse something with more power and where adopting a less-is-more strategy can give you the return on investment that you truly seek.
Some other stellar inspirations and activations include:
Being diligent in our conversations
Focusing upon and capturing our nighttime dreams
Tuning into what it feels like to be in a flow state
Accepting and forgiving while still maintaining limits
Being more precise in communicating our boundaries
Making time to do activities that connect us to love and joy
Honing the messages we share, both personally and professionally
Further defining what it means to be compassionate and empathetic
Considering the work that needs to be done to transform our ideas into reality
Taking responsibility if we feel that something we have said may have had unintended consequences
Giving more shape to something we have written and/or designed through engaging in an editing and review process
Also, this weekend we have a Venus/Uranus Square. When the planet of love meets up with the shake-it-up planet, it’s important to orient towards relationships with a stance of adaptability. Be open to being surprised by others as well as being surprised about how you feel about something or someone. Allow a space of flexibility regarding social plans, which may not end up looking exactly as you had originally envisioned them (which is not always a bad thing). Invariably, the power of this Venus/Uranus invitation is an invitation to find more space and freedom to declare what it is that we truly value and to uphold our own sense of worth in a creative and innovative way.

Q: Is Family Constellations a Type of Astrology?
A: When I tell people that I am doing family constellations work, they assume it’s a form of astrology. That makes complete sense given its name as well as the work for which I’m known. Yet, it is not. The “constellation” portion of its name is related to the viewpoint of seeing the family as a system or network made up of individuals.
Yet, my orientation to this work does weave in an astrological orientation.
Before our session, I will prepare your astrology chart, identifying its key signatures. Additionally, I will survey current transits and progressions you are experiencing as this may deepen our understanding of what is currently being called forth into your awareness, to support the unfolding of your life path.
During the session, I will share any insights I feel will deepen the alchemical work we are doing, allowing you to further access greater clarity about yourself, familial patterns, and your potential. Additionally, the object constellation itself may include astrological signifiers.
As an astrologer, that this healing approach about which I am so passionate is named constellations brings me a lot of joy and feels exquisitely synchronistic. Reflecting this, I like to think of this work as Constellations x Constellations and Stellar Constellations.
