Here are some insights about the opportunities and challenges that this week’s astrology may offer us collectively. If you’re looking to access personalized astrological and self-care insights to help you navigate the now, I’d love to do a Stellar Guidance Session with you.
And if you’re wanting to make a big change in your life and feel that having committed support and guidance would be of benefit, check out my new Stellar Access series; on the page, you will see a link to schedule a free discovery session in which we can explore your chart in alignment with your intention to see how my services can benefit you.
Here are a few of the items on my “to-do list” for the week:
Practice discipline
Don’t cut corners
Go slow and don’t rush
Focus on the foundations
Dot my I’s and cross my t’s
Why are these maxims on this manifesto? Because they are actions that align with Saturn, the planet that’s an important beacon this week. Its significant role is owing to the fact that it—the planet that extols the value of experience, diligence, and limits—shifts retrograde on Saturday. And as you may remember, the days before and after any planet seems to do a overhead turn-around (either beginning or ending its retrograde cycle), its archetypal invitations feel quite strong in the collective.
As such, when the energy of the taskmaster planet Saturn is strong, we’re reminded of the importance of following the rules, the essentiality of laying a strong foundation, and how time is an inherent ingredient in any recipe. When I think of Saturn, I often think of two of my favorite foreign-word phrases: the Italian piano, piano and the Greek siga, siga, both of which allude to the value of going slowly and taking things step by step.
This week, we may also find ourselves more related to the passing of time, including when it comes to age and aging. We may be more apt to look back upon the arc of our life, seeing what we experienced, built, and achieved…or what we didn’t. In doing so, we may have a celebration of success and/or a rendezvous with regret. Either way, illumination may arise through what it is we connect with.
In acknowledging the gravity of time, we may find ourselves quite aware of pricelessness of the present moment. We see its value and don’t want to waste any of its preciousness.
It may not just be our age that we are focused upon but that of others. And in that, we may find ourselves in greater curiosity about or admiration of those who are older than us. What wisdom do they have? What can they teach us? How can we show them more respect and reverence? These may be questions to consider as this week evolves.
Finally, I want to share with you some Stellar Reflection Questions for the Saturn Station, some of which I included in my book, The Astrological Self-Care Journal, as these may bring you even more connection to manifesting the awareness that this time can bring us:
What is it that I truly stand for?
What steps can I take to become a greater authority in my field?
How do I define integrity?
Wishing you a week in which slow and steady brings you gorgeous rewards!
xxStephanie
