It’s a week of big and bold feelings. Not only may we feel more connected to our emotions but also want to better understand them, to see from where they are sourced and how they inform us.
Be aware of the potential for mood swings, and if they arise, release being in judgment of them. Consider that some of the greater propensity to emotionality may not be necessarily emerging from within you; rather, it may be arising from a heightened sensitivity to the waves of upset occurring in the world around us.
The past has a strong gravitational pull and we may open up to a wellspring of memories that flood our perception. Our recollections may appear so vivid that we can’t believe that the events, realizations, or sensations we are recalling occurred so long ago.
Wednesday brings the Cancer New Moon. Intention setting during this yearly lunation may include ways to further commit to honoring our feelings, more fully engaging in nourishing activities, and making our residence feel more homey.
As the weekend approaches, we may find ourselves wanting to dig more deeply into learning or communicating. While donning a detective’s hat can be a fruitful approach, watch the propensity for greater suspicion that may arise. Making art, tending to your inner child and/or exploring more ways to be generous are activities that align with the moment’s invitations.
